Crockenhill
Baptist
Church.
Crockenhill Baptist Church is friendly, Bible teaching church in the village of Crockenhill, just outside Swanley.
We meet to worship God and hear from his Word on Sundays at 10:30am. You're more than welcome to join us - we'd love to see you!
Worshipping God
We meet to worship God together as a church every Sunday at 10:30am. Services involve reading the Bible, praying, singing and hearing God's word preached. We're currently looking at Jesus' "Sermon on the Mount" from Matthew chapters 5-7.
Masks are not required, but we will continue to some windows open for ventilation. Some chairs are spaced out so you can social distance from others if you prefer.
We will continue to stream services on our YouTube channel at 10:30am on Sundays.
We're having some work carried out to improve disabled access to our building.
From May we'll return to our normal service time at 10:30am at the church. While the work in the main chapel is finished we'll be meeting in the rear hall.
Find out more about the building work  Strengthening believers
We want to continue to grow in our faith: becoming closer to God as the Holy Spirit makes us more like Jesus.
We also have a more information service focussed on prayer each Sunday. This is usually in the evening at 6:30pm, but during the building work we're holding this meeting at 10am in the rear hall of the church.
About half of this meeting is given over to prayer for God's will to be done in our church, our community and our world. Mark is preaching through the book of Revelation in these services. The messages are slightly shorter than at the main service, and are more devotionally focussed
Proclaiming Christ
We're eager to tell people about Jesus. After all, Christianity is good news:
If you've got questions, do get in touch using the details below. We'd love to listen.
We are considering how best to re-start our regular activities. We have already restarted Coffee Cup on a Thursday morning. We hope to start some more outreach activities in the future, although this won't be until after the building work at the church has finished. Watch this space for future updates.
